NORDIC® R Split Series - Liquid to Air Split

The RS series unit is a high efficiency two-stage geothermal split heat pump. This product is intended to be used in conjunction with a matching capacity refrigerant air handler and fan assembly. The RS unit can be located in any convenient non freezing location for connection to a remote ducted air handler. This style of geothermal unit provides a convenient method for converting a split air source heat pump to geothermal without having to remove the existing air handler. Two-stage units offer a significant efficiency increase over single stage units when operating in the reduced capacity mode (stage 1).
