Glenn Kaye
President
As the founder of Maritime Geothermal Ltd., Glenn is one of the most experienced experts in the Canadian geothermal industry. He began designing and building Nordic® heat pumps 30 years ago, after becoming fascinated with residential heat pumps and their ability to save homeowners money while being eco friendly. Today, Glenn oversees operations, challenges his team to continuously innovate, and is our resident green-guru. When he’s not managing the team, Glenn enjoys driving his electric car and hiking.

Chris Geddes
Electrical & Plant Engineering
Chris joined the team in 1988 as a summer student, and has been with us since. He worked part-time through his undergraduate and has been living and breathing Nordic® heat pumps for over a decade. As our head electrical engineer, Chris oversees our facility, manages our CSA certified testing lab and supervises the start up of our major commercial heat pump projects. Chris’s extensive experience with Nordic® heat pumps makes him a valuable technical assistance resource for our installers.

Dan Rheault
Engineering & Product Development
An Ontario native and Queen’s University graduate, Dan joined the team in 2005 as our lead mechanical engineer. Dan designs our heat pumps and handles new product development. Dan is the man behind several of our most innovative heat pumps including our new Commercial W Series heat pump and our air-to-water heat pumps heat pumps. Dan splits his time between our Toronto office and our facility in New Brunswick, and is always on call to provide hands-on technical advice to our installers and homeowners. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his two children and working on projects around his home.

Susan Kaye
Office Manager
Susan joined Maritime Geothermal Ltd. in 2009, and quickly made herself an indispensable member of the team. Susan handles the day-to-day office operations including shipping our heat pumps and warranty processing. If you’ve ever called our facility in New Brunswick, you’ve probably spoken to Susan. Susan is our resident problem solver, she’s always available to suggest a solution and she goes the extra mile to help a customer in need. We aren’t sure what we’d do without her! When she’s not work, Susan enjoys lounging in her pool.

Jordann Brown
Marketing Manager
Jordann graduated from Dalhousie University in 2011 with a Commerce degree, and we promptly recruited her to handle our marketing department. A social media butterfly at heart, Jordann loves story telling and handles all outgoing communications. If you’ve tweeted us, followed us on Facebook, or connected with us on LinkedIn, chances are it was Jordann that responded. In her spare time Jordann runs a freelance writing and content creation company and writes a popular personal finance blog called My Alternate Life.
