Our heat pumps are assembled in our plant in New Brunswick, Canada by our team. Our employees have decades of experience working in the geothermal HVAC industry, which minimizes manufacturing error. If there is an error, we’ll find it. After the heat pump is assembled, we start it up and test it before it leaves our plant to make sure it is working correctly and is achieving the expected energy savings. This isn’t a standard industry practice but we believe it is an important part of our quality commitment.
