If You Need Help With Your Ongoing Heat Pump Installation
If you’re installing a Nordic® heat pump and you need technical support, make sure to consult the product manual that is included with every heat pump we ship. Our product manuals contain extensive documentation including electrical diagrams and start-up commissioning sheets. You could find the answer to your question in the manual. If you’ve misplaced your manual, you can download a replacement copy on the corresponding product page on our website.

If You’re Servicing an Existing Geothermal Installation
If you’ve been called in to service an existing geothermal installation, and you need technical help, call us at 506-756-8135. Make sure to write down the heat pump’s serial number and model number before calling. We need this information to determine if the heat pump is still under warranty. If you need replacement parts, give us a call. We typically keep a wide range of replacement parts in stock for all of our units, and we can typically ship them on the same day they’re ordered.
