We strive to make the best heat pumps possible, and stand by our quality statement, but even the best heat pumps occasionally have service issues and need replacement parts. This is where our warranty comes in, and we’ve worked with our installers to make sure it covers what you need, when you need it.
We have different warranties for different products so make sure to contact us with the heat pump’s serial number to double check the individual machine’s warranty. Our warranties fall into two categories: residential, and commercial.
Residential Heat Pump Warranty
Our residential heat pumps are backed by a ten-year limited warranty on major refrigerant circuit components and a five-year limited warranty on all remaining components. Accessories such as thermostats, water valves, pump modules and electric heaters carry a five-year limited warranty when installed with our heat pumps. Accessories, when purchased separately, will only be covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
We back up our commitment to quality by including a service labor allowance for the first five years on the compressor and major refrigerant circuit parts and two years on all other parts, including thermostats, auxiliary electric heaters and geothermal pumping modules when installed and purchased with our heat pumps.
A copy of the installation Start-Up Record (found in the manual) must be endorsed by the owner and submitted to us within 90 days of installation in order for the warranty to be deemed valid. This is to ensure the heat pump was installed correctly and any malfunctions aren’t related to installer error.

Commercial Heat Pump Warranty
Our commercial heat pump warranty is a 5 Year Compressor and 1 Year Parts warranty, no labor allowance available with this warranty. The commercial heat pump warranty from when the heat pump was installed, be sure to complete the Start-Up Record and send it back for warranty purposes. You can find a copy of this warranty in the manual that shipped with the heat pump, or contact us for a copy.
