Heat Pump Installation

Finding the right geothermal contractor in New Brunswick is no easy task, because there are plenty of qualified professionals out there. Each contractor has his or her own strengths and weaknesses, and finding the right one to fit your particular project is important. Fortunately, we’ve compiled a list of our go-to geothermal contractors in New Brunswick, covering the entire province. Don’t delay, get your geothermal heat pump installed by one of these installers before the cold weather hits:

Armlin Geothermal Drilling

In Southern New Brunswick, our go-to installer is Armlin Geothermal Drilling. This company has been in the geothermal business almost as long as we have – over 30 years. Unlike some installers, Armlin Geothermal Drilling doesn’t specialize in just residential or commercial. Instead, they’re experts at both residential and commercial heat pump installations, and can do the job whether you’re retrofitting your home, building a new construction home, or looking into commercial heat pumps.

Armlin Geothermal Drilling is a full service geothermal company, offering a complete one-stop shop for your project. They complete the drilling with their own drill rig and install ductwork or radiant in-floor systems themselves. This reduces the number of subcontractors you’ll have to deal with, a bonus in any renovation project. This company services Moncton, Dieppe and surrounding areas, and is certified by the Canadian Geoexchange Coaliton (CGC).

G.L. Caissie Ltd.

In western New Brunswick, you’ll find G.L. Caissie. G.L. Caissie is a local hardware store in Richibucto, New Brunswick and offers high-end products and a healthy dose of professional knowledge. They’re also more than simply your neighbourhood hardware store, they’re geothermal installers. This company is highly experienced in geothermal heat pump installations, so whether your geothermal heat pump is part of a retrofit or a new build, you’ll be in good hands with this CGC certified, family run business.

Pier Consulting

Located on the eastern side of New Brunswick, in Edmunston, you’ll find Pier Consulting. Pier Consulting offers geothermal heat pump installations for both residential and commercial applications. Specializing in our EMW Series heat pumps, Pier Consulting does many installations with radiant in-floor applications for new residential builds and light commercial buildings that require a lot of hot water, such as car washes or pet spas. Pier Consulting is also a CGC qualified company.

All Seasons Heating & Refrigeration

Owned by Brent Kingston, All Seasons Heating & Refrigeration is a geothermal contracting company located in Woodstock, New Brunswick. This company services the lower half of eastern New Brunswick. All Seasons Heating & Refrigeration specializes in residential heat pumps and light commercial applications, and would be a great choice for your residential retrofit or new construction geothermal installation. All Seasons Heating & Cooling is also CGC certified.

Finding the right installer for your geothermal installation can be easier said than done, but if you’re located in New Brunswick, you can be sure that the four installers recommended above having been installing Nordic heat pumps for years, and are knowledgeable and professional.

    Hello

we are looking at installing a geothermal system. we are located at snider mountain which is in the Sussex area of new Brunswick.
Have a couple of questions. Is it possible to install a geothermal system yourself? would like to spread out over a couple of years bt installing the piping one year and the rest of the system the following in order to spread out payments?? If this is not possible can you recommend a contracter in the Sussex area?

    Thanks

      Hi Mark,
We recommend that an experienced installer put in your geothermal system because any miscalculations on your part could result in reduced performance, higher than expected electric bills, or a voided warranty.
The closest installer in your area is SRM Residential. Here is their contact page: http://www.nordicghp.com/dealer/srm-residential/
